The assessment may invite you to reflect on personal challenges, emotions, relationships, and life experiences. Some of your responses may touch on your mental or emotional wellbeing. Before beginning the assessment, you will be asked to provide explicit consent for the processing of this information. You are always free to share only what you are comfortable with. You can skip any question.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, assessment frameworks, prompt architectures, and software, are owned by My Purpose Profile or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the responses and information you provide during the assessment ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your User Content solely to:

• Generate your personalised Purpose Profile report
• Deliver your report to you via the platform and email

We do NOT use your User Content to train any AI models. We do NOT use your User Content for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than generating your personalised report.

5.3 Your Purpose Profile

The personalised Purpose Profile report generated for you is your property. You may use it for personal development purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell reports for commercial purposes. The underlying AI methodology, prompt architecture, and platform technology used to generate reports remain the intellectual property of My Purpose Profile.

6. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

6.1 Fees

Current pricing is displayed on our website. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with changes effective for new purchases.

6.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store your full card details.

6.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you complete the assessment and don't feel it brought you clarity and value, we'll refund you in full. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase by contacting info@mypurposeprofile.com.

6.4 Founding Member Benefits

Founding members receive special pricing and benefits as advertised. These benefits are subject to the terms communicated at the time of purchase.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
